In order to be completely prepared, and to limit your stress during the live listing period, it is best we do as much as we can ahead of time to ensure we reach the maximum number of targeted Buyers. Once we have a desired listing date, We will work backwards to ensure all pre-list tasks are executed in a timely fashion.
