A little about me.

I got into this business as I found there were far too many Agents out there getting away with doing far too little. I believe in investing in each of my clients, to keep your hard earned money in your pockets. The home has to present in pristine light whether it be online or in person, as that is the first time someone will fall in love with it. I pride myself on having built a relationship-based business rather than transaction-based. For the last 7 years I have been providing full-time service, working 7 days a week, as providing an authentic high-level experience to my clients is of the utmost importance to me. I am very grateful and proud to say that this has led me to being part of the top 2% of all Realtors on the Toronto Real Estate Board out of 60,000+ agents. SOLD! In 2021 Just had to write a review about Alexandra. She helped us buy our second home 4 years ago in Oshawa. She was so easy to be around and got to know us through the process, she felt like part of the family. She is always on the ball, very knowledgeable about her listings.   1. Set Appointment For Us To View Your Home

    I would come to view your home, what updates you have done, and all the features you love about your home. Discuss how it compares to other recent sales. Show you how I would use my proprietary Marketing System, global reach through Berkshire Hathaway and more to sell your home for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.
  2. Staging and Home Improvement Consult

    This consult will consist of going through your home with my Professional Stager to discuss items to pack away, fix and/or to replace so your home stands out from the competition in today's market. From here we would schedule time with any vendors i.e. handymen, plumbers, electricians and contractors to devise a schedule. Consider me your lead project manager to ensure the completion of the above.
  3. Sign Exclusive Listing Agreement

    This allows me to start going to work for you; by project managing any service providers and contractors to complete the work, arranging movers and storage for your furniture, and launching a coming soon campaign to get as much pre-MLS exposure as possible.
